BSNL has packaged Cloud PABX services and SIP Trunk {through BSNL’s Open Policy on free EPABX’s PABX (Private Automated Branch Exchange) Franchisees} to appeal to business clients. The Competent Authority has concluded making some competent packaged SIP Trunk and Cloud PABX Plans available for SMART OFFICE OFFERING to small, medium, and large businesses:
For Medium, Micro and small Business Segments, the responsible Authority has decided to provide bundled SIP Trunk & Tariff plans for Cloud based PABX services as follows:

Extra DIDs needed by the user will be given at Rs 10/- per DID, up to a total of 10 DIDs per concurrent channel, in addition to the above specified Free DIDs.
SIP Trunks with fewer than 50 concurrent channels (small business sector) will be provided through FTTH with a static IPv4 address. Customers can choose between getting a new FTTH connection with a suitable plan and a static IPv4 address (which is required by BSNL) or upgrading an existing BSNL FTTH connection to an appropriate plan having a static IPv4 address. On the prices for this FTTH connection, there would be no revenue sharing between BSNL and PABX Franchisee.
