Deactivate Call Forward in Mobile Settings:

The second method is to disable the call forwarding from the call settings. To turn off this feature from your mobile follow the steps given below,

  1. Open the Calls App where you see recent calls there you will see the 3 dots option.
  2. Click on the 3 Dots Menu on the right top and go to the Call Settings option.
  3. then choose Your Simcard for which you want to deactivate the call forwarding Service.
  4. You will see Voice and Video options (Click on the Voice option)
  5. Then Turn Off the Always Forward option

You can also deactivate separate features like disable call forwarding when busy, when unanswered and when unreachable.
