- How can we activate Hotstar Premium pack, when subscribes to BSNL Superstar 1 broadband?
A link is to be available in BSNL portal for activation of Hotstar Premium services, where the customer can activate the premium pack after successful activation of Superstar 1.
- Can we continue with Hotstar Premium account when migrates/downgrades the Bharat Fiber / DSL broadband plan?
Bundled Hotstar premium plan subscription will be discontinued, in case subscriber will opt out from above BNL Superstar 1 plan & Hotstar premium plan subscription will not be provided on migration to other BSNL broadband plan change.
- When migrates to Superstar 1 from other, can provide free hotstar premium account?
Yes, ISP will provide you free Hotstar VIP account.
- How can we apply this Superstar 1 broadband plan under Bharat Fiber / DSL service?
You can apply BSNL broadband online, at nearest customer service center or by calling toll free number at 18003451500.
- Any cashback scheme is applicable for Superstar 1 plan?
Customers who opt above BSNL Superstar 1 Broadband plan with free hotstar premium account, will not be eligible for existing BSNL Cashback scheme, but only the above said one month rental discount is allowed for One Year subscription and if any offer is available, 99networks will update the tariff immediately.
