As we all know BSNL Executive and Non-Executive employees is having a pay revision due from 01.01.2017 to enhance the Existing BSNL Pay Scales.
The Fitment benefit of 15% as recommended by third PRC and approved by Cabinet and orders issued by DPE. BSNL management has already recommended for 15% fitment benefit and sent it for the approval of DoT. But this has not commenced for sanction due to various reasons.
Now as per BSNL corporate office file no: F.No. BSNL/7-3/SR/2018 Dated the 29.10.2021, This may informed that wage revision committee reconstituted and a meeting may held after Diwali in November 2021. The unions and associations submitted that they were agreeable to wage revision with 0% fitment to address stagnation.
With this above info, The BSNL employees may expect 3rd Pay Revision at an early. BSNL recently granted the IDA for frozen period to non-executive employees. The employees will get the IDA arrears in short time.
