The new BSNL prepaid Guest plans for foreigner short term mobile connection with the above tariff is available on PAN India basis in all the circles with effect from 8th April 2019, from this date any foreigner may have BSNL prepaid mobile in their pockets with unlimited connectivity during the time of stay in India.

When a foreigner visits India he/she can approach the BSNL CSC / SIM distributor available in International Airports to get a short term prepaid mobile connection.
