Oracle made a mind-blowing announcement today which revealed Airtel’s progressive operational efficiency once more. Airtel has deployed Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Management (SCM) as measures to further digitize financial processes, improve planning strategies, and enhance the supply chain processes. This step will simplify and make all these processes more user friendly.

This is a key deployment as part of our journey to fully transition to cloud-based applications as we build a digital Airtel,” said Bharti Airtel CIO Pradipt Kapoor. “We are obsessed with providing the best customer experience. The utilisation of these Cloud applications will enable major digital transformation focussing on enhancing 360-degree productivity and growth. Airtel will experience massive automation in all manual processes as well as an extensive field of vision enabling successful streamlining of all operations, particularly handling of financial data, procurement and supply chain management.
