Nesam Gold Plan
Tamilnadu’s prepaid plan BSNL Nesam Gold is one of the major attractive and subscribed recharge plan under GSM mobile services, where the plan is offered as a promotional offer for many days, but after huge response, Nesam Gold plan regularized from 14th February 2017 with many features like Friends and Family numbers and free data, free voice calls and more.
This is an additional plan in the list of already available Prepaid 4G recharge plans, and New Vasantham, where the tariff under the plan BSNL Nesam Gold is the cheapest tariff under limited usage plans, and the most attractive feature in this recharge plan if offering full Talktime for all the customers on MRP Rs 300 along with 500, 600, 800, 1000, 2000, 2200 and 3000, Let’s a have a look at all the features and tariff.

In this prepaid plan, BSNL Tamilnadu has allowed Friends and Family numbers to reduce the call charges to their family group by allowing a maximum of 5 numbers at reduced rates as

Activation of Friends and Family Numbers
Customers can activate friends and family numbers in BSNL Nesam Gold prepaid plan by using two options (SMS and using USSD code), the procedure is
- Using USSD code : Dial *124# and follow the instructions
- Using SMS : Send FFE <10 digit number> to 123
Extend Nesam Gold Validity through SMS
A subscriber of BSNL Nesam Gold prepaid plan in Tamilnadu and Chennai circles can extend the validity even through SMS other than recharge option, if having balance in main account during expiry, the code to send the SMS for extension is PLAN CONTINUE TO 123
Migration with SMS for Nesam Gold
All the BSNL customers of any other prepaid recharge plans are allowed to migrate this Nesam Gold tariff by sending an SMS as PLAN NESAMGOLD to 123
Auto Validity Extension for Nesam Gold
BSNL provides auto validity extension for Nesam Gold prepaid plan, if the account is having the required balance on expiry date, the plan will be extended automatically by deducting the corresponding plan voucher amount, where the tamilnadu customer is not sufficient balance in prepaid mobile at the end of the expiry, but having Rupees 8 and above, then the account will be extended with PLAN 8 at the end of the grace period 1 (15days from expiry date).
All the above details are not applicable for any new customer for subscription, because the plan is closed from 1st January 2020 and not allowed for new subscription / migration.
