Bharti Mittal, the owner of Airtel, launched Airtel Black as a replacement for One Airtel in the market. Just like One Airtel, Airtel black allows more straightforward user billing along with additional benefits by combining Xstream Fibre, Airtel Digital TV, and Airtel Postpaid or any two of these. The benefits include one bill, one call center, free services, Airtel XStream Box, an outstanding relation team, etc.


Initially, in 2018, Airtel launched Airtel Back Home and later renamed it One Airtel. On July 2nd, they recently held a press conference. They found Airtel Black indicating that Airtel Black will be replacing One Airtel in the telecom market. Let’s have a look at what all it has to offer.

Airtel Black Plans

Airtel has launched four airtel new plans for Airtel Black users, starting from INR 998 to INR 2099 with INR 1349 and INR 1598, with different benefits in each. It takes account of the Fibre, DTH, and postpaid base plans of Airtel that cost INR 499, INR 153, and INR 499 respectively in the prices quoted. The prices are bound to increase with every plan bundle based on the Plan you choose.

Airtel Black INR 998 Plan

The most basic Plan of all. It allows users to combine Airtel postpaid and Airtel DTH plans. The limit of post-paid plans is 2, and DTH is 1.

Airtel Black INR 1349 Plan

Next in line is the Airtel Black INR 1349 plan. It’s similar to INR 998 plan; however, the limit of the postpaid number is 3, and the DTH connection is 1

  • Data– 210 GB
  • Calls– Unlimited (Local/STD)

Airtel Black INR 1598 Plan

Next is the Airtel Black INR 1598 plan, which allows eligible users to combine Fibre and postpaid numbers in one bill. The connection limit for postpaid numbers is 2, and Airtel XStream Fibre is 1.

  • Calls– Unlimited (Local/STD)

Airtel Black Inr 2099 Plan

Last but not least, the Airtel Black INR 2099 plan, which is an all-rounder to the previous plans. It allows Airtel Black users to combine all three services in one. The connection limit for postpaid numbers is 3, DTH TV is 1, and Airtel XStream Fibre is 1. This plan has the speciality of giving access to a minimum of 3 mobile connections, 1 DTH connection, and one fiber connection, including 260 GB with unlimited calls. Also, it will provide access to one broadband connection that includes 200 Mbps speed with unlimited data and unlimited calls. It further gives access to Amazon Prime and Airtel XStream App.

The plans mentioned above are fixed plans and cannot be customized. However, Airtel Black allows you to create a plan of your choice at your convenience and feasibility. All you have to do is follow some steps, and you are good to go. Following are the steps you need to follow:

  1. The first step is to download the Airtel app from App Store or Play Store
  2. Now, you can set up the app on your mobile and log in with your Airtel number
  3. Verify your number via OTP verification
  4. Click on the Airtel Black banner you see on the home page.
  5. Select the “make a new plan” option provided there
  6. Make a plan of your choice by combining DTH, Fibre, and Airtel Broadband services.
  7. Add the prepared Plan to your Airtel Black Plans.
  8. By following these simple steps, you can customize Airtel Black plans and pay accordingly.

How To Pay For Airtel Black Plans

The following steps will help you understand how to pay for the Airtel Black Plans.

The first three steps, namely:

  • The first step is to download the Airtel app from App Store or Play Store
  • Now, you can set up the app on your mobile and log in with your Airtel number
  • Verify your number via OTP verification

After these steps:

  • Click on the bill option section in the Home tab.
  • You’ll find the detailed description of the bill along with taxes (if applicable) on the next page.
  • Pay the bill according to your convenience through a Credit/Debit card or UPI/wallets.

  • No costs are charged for installation, switching, or activation.

Terms And Conditions

  • Customers using voice-only or centrex only services cannot avail Airtel Black plan.
  • Payment failure will lead to automatic disconnection of the services.
  • The benefits of the Airtel Black Plan are not transferable.
  • Minimum 1 year of Airtel Black plan usage is mandatory to claim the security deposit of XStream Fibre back.
  • This Plan cannot be combined with any other offer/service offered by Airtel.
