  1. Open BSNL payment portal

    Follow the link to open with any browser with https://portal.bsnl.in/myportal/cfa.do

  2. Click Closed Account Bill Payment

    Applicable only for BSNL Billing Closed customers

  3. Enter Phone Number

    Provide your telephone number without STD code

  4. Provide Billing Account

    Enter 10 digit billing account available in your telephone bill or in received SMS

  5. Enter Email ID, Contact Number and Code

    Provide any email ID or mobile to receive the payment receipt details

  6. Click Submit and Select the Payment Mode

    Select the Payment Type and authorize the payment through your selected mode

  1. What is Closed Account in BSNL?

    BSNL billing account which becomes inactive due to non payment of outstanding dues after 90days of disconnection (7days after due date + 83 days after disconnection) is closed account.

  2. Is there any penalty has to pay in excess for closed accounts?

    Before legal action, through any mode, there is no penalty, where as the late fee amount already included in the bills. If initiated legal action, customer has to pay interest and other applicable legal charges if any occur, which informs by concerned AO TR.
